About Jon:

Jonathan William Kuiper (thus JWK Images) is an Alaskan-based wildlife photographer who specializes in bear guiding in both Katmai National Park and Lake Clark National Park. Jon spent two years living at the world famous Brooks Lodge, and has spent years flying all over Alaska leading bear-viewing, fly-fishing, and other naturalist adventures. His guiding also extends to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, and other amazing places across the globe. Jon’s love of photography was born from a passion for all things nature. Through his guide services and photo work, Jon helps people connect with the wilderness on an intimate and personal level. His goal is to inspire people to conserve and protect the wilderness and wildlife he loves so much.
